Who we are

Anatoly is an open-source project. The data controller for this website and the waitlist is the maintainer of github.com/r-via/anatoly. For any data request, reach us on Discord or via a GitHub issue.

What we collect

If you join the waitlist: your email address and the timestamp of your consent. That's it. No name, no IP stored, no tracking cookies.

If you sign in: Supabase (our auth provider) stores the email you sign in with and a session cookie. No password — we use magic links.

Why we collect it

Lawful basis: your explicit consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), given by ticking the box on the waitlist form. Purpose: notify you when Anatoly Cloud opens, and nothing else. We will not send you marketing for unrelated products, and we will not sell or share your address.

Sub-processors

  • Resend — stores the waitlist audience and delivers our emails. Resend offers EU data residency and a signable DPA. Resend privacy policy →

  • Netlify — hosts the site. Standard server logs apply (request URL, timestamp, user-agent), kept short-term for operational reasons. Netlify privacy policy →

How long we keep it

Waitlist emails are kept until six months after Anatoly Cloud launches, after which we delete the audience. You can be removed earlier at any time — either by clicking unsubscribe in any email we send (one click, no login), or by writing to us.

Your rights (GDPR)

You can ask us, at any time, to:

  • Access the data we hold about you.
  • Correct it.
  • Delete it (right to erasure).
  • Receive a copy in a portable format.
  • Withdraw your consent.
  • Lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

We respond within 30 days. The fastest path is the unsubscribe link in our emails or a Discord DM.

Cookies

We do not use tracking or analytics cookies. The only cookies set by this site are the session cookies issued by Supabase when you sign in to the dashboard — strictly necessary for authentication.

Changes

If we update this notice in a way that affects you, we'll bump the "Last updated" date and, when relevant, email you before any new processing starts.
